By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

BAIT AL MAHASHI Restaurant, an establishment registered in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Tax Registration Number 100232004000003. "We" and "us" on this page mean that establishment; "you" means the user of this website.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and the details you enter - especially your phone number and address - must be correct and complete. We are not responsible for an order that could not be delivered because of missing or incorrect details.

Prices and VAT

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Displayed prices are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax under UAE federal law.
  • Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm and pay.
  • We issue a simplified tax invoice for every order, carrying our TRN 100232004000003.
  • Prices may differ between branches; the price that applies is the one shown for the branch you selected at checkout.

How an order is formed

Items listed on the site are an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and begin preparing it. We may refuse or cancel an order before confirmation - for example if an item is unavailable, a price is obviously wrong, the address falls outside our delivery area, payment fails, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we refund in full.

Payment

Online payment is handled by a licensed payment gateway that receives your card details directly. We neither see nor store those details. Other payment methods may be available depending on the branch and order type; these are shown to you at checkout.

Food and allergens

Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle many ingredients, and we cannot guarantee any item is entirely free of allergens. If you have an allergy, tell us before confirming your order on +971 7 235 2533. Images are illustrative and the served dish may differ in appearance.

Your account

Sign-in is through Google only. You are responsible for the security of your Google account; any order placed from your account is treated as placed by you. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to place fraudulent orders, attempt to breach or disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial purposes. All text, images and marks on this site belong to us.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you will not, in any circumstance, exceed the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be waived under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; the version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
