Store Pickup Policy

We prepare your order fresh at the branch you choose, and you collect it at the counter.

How to order

Choose «Store pickup» at checkout, then pick the branch nearest to you. Only branches that list Pickup among their services accept collection orders.

Choosing your collection time

Each branch has its own preparation hours, shown on the branches page. Order while your branch is preparing and your order is made the same day.

Order outside those hours and you choose your own collection time from the list of available times shown at checkout — you are never handed the opening time by default. The time you pick is the time your order is made for.

Payment

• Pay now by card when you place the order.
• Pay at pickup, in cash or by card, at the branch. Paying at the counter is offered for collection orders only; delivery orders are paid by card when the order is placed.

At collection

Give the order number or show the confirmation message. Anyone you send with the order number can collect it.

Changes and cancellation

Change or cancel by calling the branch on the number shown on its page, before preparation starts. Once the kitchen has started, the order cannot be cancelled — the food is being made fresh for you.

Prices

The price shown for the branch you choose is the price you pay, inclusive of VAT. A branch may price a dish differently from another; the price you see for your chosen branch is the one that applies.
