Anything that can send an HTTP request can order from this business in three calls. Every URL is on this domain, answers JSON, and needs no key or custom header. No price is ever accepted from the caller — the server prices every line from the dish, the size and the branch.

**Identifiers.** Two strings name everything, and they are the same strings this business publishes to Google Merchant Center and the Meta catalog:
- `offer_id` — the dish (its SKU), or one of its sizes (the size's own SKU). Read it from the dish's document; never a database id.
- `store_code` — the branch, as Google Business Profile lists it. Read it from the branch list.

**The three calls.**

The answer is the whole cart, and it sets the `bm_cart_sid` cookie: that cookie is the key to this cart — keep it private, use one cookie jar per cart, and send it on every later call. Every write answers with the cart as it now stands, and errors come back as `{"error": {"code", "message"}}` — `OFFER_NOT_FOUND`, `BRANCH_NOT_FOUND`, `MenuItemUnavailableError` (not carried at that branch right now), `CART_EMPTY`, `BRANCH_REQUIRED`.
